Keyport Central 8th Grade fundraiser

 

An amazing fundraiser for YOU (& Your Student) to be in wise relationship with your stress & whole self while supporting our local Kids, Keyport Centrals 8th grade graduating class!

This 4 Week Series is an intro to Stress Reduction & will guide you

through a combination of healing modalities such as Mindful Movement, Massage & Mindfulness.

Beginning April 3rd running till April 27th. We’ll meet once a week Wednesdays at 4:30 or Saturdays at 11am. (Choose the weekday that works best for you)

Week 1:
Welcome meet/greet & acknowledge breath & stress in both body & mind. Learn to work with the one tool you’ll always have with you no matter where you are or what situation you are in. Learn to breathe correctly.

(Reserve your class for either April 3, or 6th)

Week 2:
Accepting/or just Acknowledging yourself where you are at. A Yin approach to Finding, Honoring & Respecting your edge, your own limitations & boundaries.  YOU are already whole & DON’T need “fixing”
(Reserve your class for either April 10 & 13)

Week 3:
More Mindful Movement paired with building strength in body & mind. Balance is something we find between Strength & Surrender, come find it with us! Learn to connect without forcing, allow without resisting.
(Reserve your class for either April 17th & 20th)

Week 4:
Learn Self Massage techniques + Mindfulness Meditation.  Learn how to use tools to release tension in both body & mind.
(Reserve your class for either April 24th & 27)

Best described as life lessons on how to BE… in wise relationship with your stress, IN your human body, mind and spirit, ON & OFF your mat.  (Limited mats available to borrow, encouraged to bring your own if you have one)

$75 for the series ALL proceeds go to Keyport Central 8th Grade Graduating class!

OPEN to ALL! Students, Parents, Teachers, Anyone with a body 😉 No prior experience necessary.

TWO for ONE SALE Parents or Teachers sign up solo or with your student for $75 total!

The foundation of any meditation practice is to take your seat, slow down, sit quiet, relaxed and in an awakened present state. We understand this is a lot easier said than done, and can be one of the hardest things for human beings to do especially in this society, day and age! Knitting offers an opportunity to help cultivate a mental state that is less distracted, more present and peaceful!This form of moving meditation provides a mental challenge to focus your attention 🙂 Come knit with friends or make new ones, as Heather's here to guide us!Make a holiday gift, scarf or ear warmer for yourself or loved one in this fun, relaxed, stress free evening!$60 - all supplies included.

$40 - for returning knitting students who wish to learn a second stitch and already have supplies

Open to ALL this is a community event meant to shed light, awareness & support to the children of Ukraine with partial proceeds going to @savethechildren an international humanitarian organization that has been protecting children around the world for more than 100 years.

Keyport’s very 1st Wellness Walk!

And We’re super excited to participate in it!

Tomorrow September 25th stop by the KBBC tent in the mini park across the street…”Grab your bag walk & collect your swag!”  Receive info with participating shops and walk around town, stop in an visit all the wellness Keyport has to offer!

We’ll be here all day till 5:30 offering complimentary classes, merchandise sales, 2 raffles good for unlimited Week or Month of classes! Discounts on New student intro offers and memberships!

Drop in and meditate during open studio or stretch, mobilize and use our props to help assist in self massage.

OR Visit our amazing teachers during our stress free scheduled events through out the day!

Oh did we mention how STOKED we are to welcome Camilla Gluckstein!!! Olympic Reserve Athlete, World Cup Bronze Medalist, 2X World Champion finalist, and 2X Pan AM Games finalist will be here at 3pm to school us on the importance of proper nutrition!
