Introduction to Stress Reduction is a great first step into changing the way you live your life with stress. Transform your relationships with stress, self & others! With your Stress Free Life Coach here to guide you can expect to build connection and strengthen the relationship within the whole you, bringing harmony back to Body, Mind & Heart.

Your Introduction to Stress Reduction Includes:

  • A Month of unlimited Yoga, Meditation & Tai Chi Classes off our regular IN-studio schedule.
  • A 30 minute custom massage.
  • 4 Semi Private Classes with Cat Galli. These classes meet Wednesdays at 4:30pm OR 7:15pm. You have the Option to reserve for whichever time works best for you throughout the module of your choice.

In your 4 semi private group classes with Cat Galli you’ll not only learn about Stress and its effects on and in the body, but how to recognize, feel, prevent and release tension. You’ll gain the tools needed through mindful movement, meditation and self-massage techniques. Critical life skills for all humans.

June 12th - July 13th
July 17th - August 10th
