Midday Mindful Minutes is Back

 

Beginning 3/23 we’ll meet virtually for just 12 mindful minutes at noon every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday till Summer!

Suggestions for Mindful Minutes on Thursdays Saturdays and Sundays are given and done on your own at your own leisure time.
Be more Mindful take your formal meditation seat for just 12 minutes at home, work or even during school break!

If you have a body, have a mind and looking to find peace, enjoy and live life healthier & longer join us!

*Meditation, it’s NOT about stopping the thoughts or shutting off the brain! We’ll pause, find stillness & awaken!
